  1.  Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a Fraternal organization Catholic Men.  Father Michael J. McGivney originally formed the Knights of Columbus to help widows and orphans.

2.  Where are you located.

We are located at 6100 Highway 62, Lanesville, Indiana., approximately 1 mile west of  of Lanesville / Crandall Rd.  on top of the hill behind the baseball diamonds.

3.  When do we meet?

Meetings are the second Tuesday of every month .  We begin with praying the Rosary at 7:45 p.m. The business meeting starts after the Rosary at 8:00 p.m.

4.  Who is the Grand Knight?

The Grand Knight is the leader and in charge of the local Council.  It is comparable to the President of a club.  The Grand Knight serves a 2 year terms.  After the Grand Knight has serve his term he becomes a Trustee for 3 years over seeing the finances of the Council.

5.  What are the requirements to join?

The most important requirement to join the Knights of Columbus is to be a Practicing  Catholic.

7.  How much are dues?

Dues are currently $25.00 a year payable in July of each year.
